Ms. Svoboda, 42, of Longwood, Fla., and the caterer, Joycelyn Bryant, 31, have been charged with two felonies — food tampering and the delivery of marijuana — and culpable negligence, a misdemeanor.
Mr. Svoboda was not arrested, according to the affidavit.
