TROY, N.Y.
The Fish Market hopes to open in July, and the primary goal is to create a space where artists and the community can gather, and where the Arts Center can learn about the community’s needs, visions and hopes for their future.
The Market will function as an artist studio and public gathering space, and through creative participation and engagement, artists can evolve their studio practice and explore their ideas within the context of North Central Troy.
