Investigators said the victim and Guest had previously dated and lived together, the television station reported.
Police said Guest forced the woman to leave with him and would not allow her to leave his home, WDRB reported.
Police said the victim was able to break free and left the house, but Guest was able to catch her and bring her back into the residence, WLKY reported.
