No chance: Spots on Worcester Monopoly board decided by ‘pay to play’ game, Ralph’s Tavern claims

The company promoted the board game as hyper-local, with spots being decided by the 60,000 emails the company received after it asked city residents to nominate locations.

The Worcester tavern hosted a Monopoly-themed party on June 23 where it accepted Monopoly money to pay for admission, hot dogs, non-alcoholic drinks and raffle tickets.

The bar will be raising funds for patron Brianna Lee Allard, who is currently in a coma after suffering an episode of CVS .
