Owen Sound Mayor Ian Boddy says the city is trending in the right direction, after ten years of population decline.
That compares to the 2016 Census, which showed a slight decrease in the Owen Sound population from 2011. Mayor Boddy says a City that Grows is a strategic priority of Council.
With 400 new housing units coming onto the market in the next few months, attraction of new industry and the significant investment made by developers, the City is trending in the right direction.
