Ekuale, 27, signed to New England’s practice squad at its formation in September and made his debut against the New York Jets last weekend.
Entering the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2018, Ekuale appeared in 16 games and started five through stays with the Cleveland Browns and Jacksonville Jaguars.
