Soup Shack finds new location to feed homeless community | Windsor Star

“We’re excited beyond belief,” said Rodger Fordham, founder and executive director of partner organization Feeding Windsor Essex.

A joint venture between Feeding Windsor Essex and Street Angels, it’s an old camper that that has been transformed into a soup kitchen on wheels.

“We also use it as a way of reaching out with personal need items, like if they need socks,” said Fordham.

“It looked like we were just going to be two or three days away from moving it,” said Fordham.

“They told us they’re going to be renovating, so we can stay there for a few months,” said Fordham.
