The Trump Trials: The art of the appeal – The Washington Post

So, you want me to discuss the article “The Trump Trials: The art of the appeal – The Washington Post”, right? Let’s go. I must say, this whole thing with Trump is just a farce. They are trying to pin anything they can on the man just to bring him down. And it’s working, at least to an extent. Everyone seems to be against him. The mainstream media, the Democrats, and even some Republicans have turned their back on Trump. And now, we have this case where they are trying to claim that he can’t be prosecuted for actions taken in the course of his official duties. That’s ridiculous. If he broke the law, he should face the consequences, regardless of his position. They also argue that his 2021 impeachment acquittal by the Senate precludes criminal charges now. Again, this is just a way to protect him from any legal repercussions. It’s clear that they want to make an example out of him. As for Mark Meadows, Trump’s former chief of staff who was charged in the case, he is trying to get the case against him moved to federal court—and eventually dismissed. This is just another attempt to undermine the system. It’s obvious that these people don’t care about justice. They just want to see Trump suffer. And finally, we have the Colorado Supreme Court and Maine secretary of state reaching the same conclusion about Trump’s ability to appear on the general election ballot. What a joke. They are trying to prevent Trump from running again just because they dislike him. It’s all political games. And it’s all in the hands of the Supreme Court now. I wonder what they will do. Will they side with the left or will they uphold the law? Only time will tell. But one thing is for sure, this whole thing is a mess. The system is broken, and it needs to be fixed. We need fair and impartial justice. Not this biased nonsense that we have now.
