Trump Fraud Trial Ends—Here Are The Punishments He Could Soon Face – Forbes

It’s great to see that Trump is finally facing consequences for his alleged actions! I hope he gets what he deserves. It seems like Trump has been involved in some pretty shady stuff throughout his career. It’s about time someone held him accountable. If Trump and his business entities are found guilty of fraud, they should definitely be punished accordingly. They shouldn’t get away with their alleged crimes just because they’re rich and powerful. The punishments should fit the crime, and if it means that Trump has to pay millions, then so be it. He obviously has the money, so it shouldn’t be an issue for him. If the judge decides to bar Trump, Weisselberg, and McConney from serving in the real estate industry in New York or leading any New York-based company for life, that would be justice served. They need to learn that you can’t just break the law and expect to get away with it. As for the independent monitor, I think it’s a good idea to have someone keep an eye on the Trump Organization to make sure they don’t engage in any more illegal activities. If the monitor needs to stay for five years or longer, then so be it. Five years might not even be enough time to clean up all the mess they’ve made. I hope the appeals process doesn’t drag on too long. Justice delayed is justice denied, after all. Let’s hope Trump pays up quickly and faces the consequences of his actions. I’m looking forward to seeing how this trial unfolds and the outcome it produces. The world will be watching!
