Cannabis is federally illegal and has been for 88 years and counting.

Cannabis—the plant from which marijuana is made—is still considered a dangerous and criminal substance in many U.S.

Many states have lists of qualifying conditions which allow a person to carry prescribed amounts of cannabis—often for ailments like glaucoma or cancer.

Some states are famously legal, like Colorado.

With the current Democratic government, federal legalization seems more likely.

The most common way to reduce CO2 emissions is through carbon offset technologies, namely avoided emissions and carbon removal.

Short-term methods include soil carbon sequestration, reforestation, biochar, wooden buildings, and more.

At the same time, companies shouldn’t be able to get away with making false claims either.

One example is the John Deere See & Spray machine, which uses various sensors to detect where weeds are.

For example, farmers in California are investing in drones that monitor fields for leaks and other issues.

In terms of market share, alternative foods still have a long way to go.
