Matte Namer, founder and chief executive officer of Cannabeta Realty, said their company, which focuses on cannabis real estate, tries to be “very upfront” when reaching out to commercial landlords about a business.
“It’s exciting that Connecticut and New Jersey and New York all legalized within a very short period of time within one another,” Namer said.
