Josephine County plans to stop issuing new licenses to hemp growers because of ongoing problems with illegal cannabis in Southern Oregon, according to Wednesday’s declaration.
Illegal cannabis grows are affecting real estate, property values and the general quality of life in Southern Oregon, DeYoung says.
